LILLIAN YAO

    Lillian Yao is an innovative artist whose images have color highlights in an otherwise     black and white photograph. In this way, she focuses the viewer's attention on the     subject matter in color and invites the viewer to Stop and look at the beauty that     surrounds us, which so often escapes us in our daily routines. Lillian is largely a
    self-taught artist. From the time she could hold a crayon, she has always loved to draw     and paint. By using her color intuition and her eye for seeing life through the frame of     her camera, Lillian has successfully combined her love of painting and photography     resulting in her unique images. Lillian works out of her studio in Southern California .
